Scheduling Appointments Patients are seen by scheduled appointment. To schedule an appointment, please contact our office at (904) 940-7990. In the event that you may not be able to keep a scheduled appointment, we do ask for the courtesy of at least 1 business day to change all scheduled appointments. Doing this will allow us to schedule other patients that are waiting for treatment.
